pregdosing is when you take much more estrogen than like the normal/typical amount . so like the normal weekly een dose is ithink 5-7mg/week , pregdosing would be more around 10mg and up i’d say . it’s called pregdosing becus in pregnancy , estrogen levels skyrocket way above normal . idk if there’s evidence to support this practice but for me i feel like my mental state is ever so mildly better when pregdosing . granted i’m still wildly emotionally turbulent but i dunno ithink it helpsish . at the very least it sets my mind at ease since like i know for sure my e levels are probs high even if i can’t actually get it measured via blood testing
