I have a kinda disgusting skinny fat body, my bmi is 26.1 (yes ik its not the best way to measure things but still im 80 kg and 173 cm tall) all of my fat seems to have gone to my belly and moobs… is there a work out routine u guys can recommend or something… i dont want to wait for E to redistrubute my fat after 10 years, and working out on E tends to be hard i heard. i asked my gym expert moid friend to help me but he made me even more confused than before. i just wanna lose weight, I do wanna build up my muscules around my assn hips and whatever but im afraid ill be losing them anyway after E idk. my shitty eating habits dont help either i like to pig out on food as a way to cope. I guess I will do cardio all the time
