        It might be a self-selection effect tho. Everyone wanting to find a new place bc they also find reddit annoying might join while the rest fine with reddit would stay 🤷‍♀️ this place did start with a post on the reddit page

          Yeah I second this. Almost nobody who is happy enough with the state of 4tran Reddit to be part of the problem is gonna be coming here. And those few who make it thru are are gonna be met with the Lemmy 4tran culture anyways… and will either back-out or assimilate in the end.

          There’s few reasons to stick to this place if you don’t love the vibes.

    Good idea… annoying newfags can be appropriately shunned without reddit ban… and there are community moderators… maybe the reddit post should say 18+ only… even if minors are allowed now… and also would likely just ignore the 18+ only warning I still think it should be said…
