I think the thing with us trans women is that due to the trauma of masculinity we can sometimes unconsciously have trauma responses like age regression that become very noticeable the moment we actually allow ourselves to be ourselves and let our guard down for just one minute and that’s why sometimes we can seem childish. Also society already infantilizes femininity which of course we can sometimes unconsciously pick up on and that mixed with our trauma response and make us seem really dumb especially compares to actual adult adult which is why the “I’m such a girl” sneedery is not healthy cause we actually need to mature as women and we need to do it so much quicker than anybody else because we have to catch up.
