I have a friend who lives in China and He views China in a really positive light and fully trusts his government even tho he needs a vpn to talk to me and is genuinely scared of me using his friends qq account to criticise the Chinese government bc hed get arrested. Ofc theres alot good about China and id love to go there someday im just a bit confused why ppl in the west think its some utopia free from capitalism, racism and has lgbt rights or wtv
