Yeah it’s trans people vs cis men and cis women. P sure trans people came out to be 2x and some change more likely. I sadly am short on references and brainpower right now I was diggin’ for more

it is weird that it doesnt distinguish between trans women and trans men but obviously it has all trans people higher than all cis people which i think is enough to safely disprove the above graphic lol

Finding mtf vs ftm studies is proving to be quite difficult actually so I might have to Logical Fallacy: Appeal to Anecdote no jutsu this

Like less than 50 trans women responded here so they determined trans men were 2x likely to be assaulted

The reason I think it’s trans women is V-Coding, but then again that might not be reported at all. I think V-Coding would break the scales tbh

Maybe this is just a preconceived bias with no merit. Who knows? I found https://transequality.org/sites/default/files/docs/usts/USTS-Full-Report-Dec17.pdf

But I didn’t see if it broke down how many respondents were ftm vs how many were mtf.

Still think they should both be higher than cis people in the big kink survey. That was my main contention anyhow.

idk what the source is tbh so it’s credibility hinges on that, also sample size and a lot of other factors, but taking it at face value, it would just prove that most trannies not only don‘t pass, but don’t even get perceived as trans lol

still doesn’t explain why trans men are higher than cis women tho
