i played it normally just fine, the field effects are just annoying when you cant change them and every mon has its weaknesses removed by it.
also the writing is a little silly sometimes
The fields are important for storytelling too, so it’d be silly if you could change them. I think the writing is okay if a little bit theyfabery at times.
