    me trying to visualise a hypersphere rotating so i just imagine a sphere and say four loudly (actually 3b1bs video about quaternions is pretty good for developing intuition for rotating hyperspheres)

      Omg I love that video!! I don’t really remember anything specifically though, I just remember thinking that quaternions were literally just 4-variable vector spaces… I was imagining something diffirent

      I learnt to interpret 4d spaces from simulations of 4d objects moving in 3d space but it’s still kinda confusing.

        yeah its kinda wonky, i do the same thing a lot of my intuition comes from imagining how a 2d creature sees a 3d object intersecting with the world and trying to apply that visualisation for 4d objects in 3d space but its hard to get the full picture like that
