it’s not any better when it comes to results as long as your levels are the same, it’s all estradiol. it’s just very convenient to only inject once a month, and this is completely in my head but it somehow feels more right to have a monthly hormonal cycle of sorts. it’s also more convenient in case you are in a situation where you can’t do injections often, like maybe you live with people you are closeted to or in a shelter. the downside is that it’s more expensive, and takes many months for your levels to stabilize so you can get blood tests and adjust your dose.
