I cut my upper arm but it was only cat scratches and I think it’ll mostly go away in a month or two

yea I feel u :'( u shouldn’t have to think this way, but it’s not your fault that you do. But you don’t need to have your pain visible for it to “count”, okay? I mean, it’d be great if u didn’t have to hurt yourself in the first place, but I know what it’s like… so please don’t go any further than cat scratches okaye 🫂
