Like I could read a Bible verse and just start tearing up out of nowhere. Like it might be that feeling the Lord’s glory and grace makes me so happy and might even feel a bit emotionally overwhelming, but maybe I’m just weird? It’s not like it’s common enough that other people rlly bring it up, so idk… :<
I’m not religious myself, but this doesn’t seem like something that is uncommon. I have teared up reading secular works, I imagine the extra emotional attachment you might have to a religious text would make any reaction much stronger
