-In multiple studies it was observed that menopausal women who took a combination of progesterone and estrogen hrt were more likely to get breast cancer than menopausal women without hrt. Meanwhile, menopausal women on estrogen only were less likely to get breast cancer than menopausal women on progesterone+estrogen AND on neither.

-the more hormones you take, the worse for ur liver so not worth
breasts cant grow beyond tanner 3 without progesterone so you are genuinely stunting your own development if you avoid it forever
