is it really the lifesaver people say it is? it depends on your base features, i guess? like can it turn hons into passoids or atleast semi-passoids (if we dont consider the rest of the body)? and ig the price also increases dramatically the worse your base features are? i have no idea if i will ever be able to afford it though
the right surgeon or procedure type is great and honestly probably always going to work., vut sometimes people pick the wrong procedure or don’t have enough for better FFS. really, facial restructuring with something like lefort and then FFS probably gets everybody where they want to be.
if you include lefort it will be extremely expensive though, wont it? also isnt that maybe for the worst cases?
eh, not really? You don’t need lefort specifically, just an example of facial restructuring. It can be expensive though
or yeah i meant facial restructuring in general, but i thought most didnt really need that except if your case was really bad
it’s really just for one’s own comfort. I believe there are some willing to provide it for aesthetics, but my memory in that regard is foggy.

I mean, I think everything else is fixible, basically if u have a big enough face that few mm of shaved bone from the chin and jaw won’t help, then yeah it’s bad. But everything else, hairline, browbone (even big one), nose etc is fixible. Skull size is not but it’s not that important tbh, if u get feminine face skull size doesn’t matter
