        its literally just apart of ur body, boobs often get itchy/uncomfortable or need readjusting theres nothing wrong with touching them. Ofcourse time and place you shoulsnt be fondling your tits for minutes at a time in public. I think its better than touching ur privates tho (male or female) bc those areas are where your pee comes from and its just a bit gross especially if u touch objects afterwards
