I get so scared every time i have to inject but i cant switch to any other methods because they don’t work as well. I pussy out like 15 times every time and have to spend like 30 minutes psyching myself up to actually do it. I wish i didnt have to stab myself in the leg just be a normal woman :(

    When I feel scared of the injection I imagine the next 10 days that there will be estrogen in my body. 10 days! That’s a lot comparing to the short needle sting. You can even imagine each day individually. Then imagine the injection. 30 seconds. 30 seconds of needle for 10 days of estrogen! Isn’t that nice? It looks big and scary in the moment but in perspective it’s so little and fast.
