I see a post about a girl whos a minor and she’s willing to out to her conservative mom, I said she’s dumb and shouldnt and I receive a lot of downvotes, when I tried to explain why this would Ruin her life and would simply make her mom worst I keep get downvoted, like this is basic survival skulls, you shouldnt out yourself if you know the place isnt good for that
as a former child i can say that many children have really distorted views of their parents (especially if theyre socially isolated) and think theyre much better people than they actually are
