I wear black high-waisted cotton women’s underwear. My women’s bottoms are just kinda high-waisted in general really. Makes it so stuff doesn’t sit on my body too weird, as penis’s tend to pull pants down a bit, so having it higher-waisted by default just makes everything look more normal.

There’s definitely not anything wrong with it! If you’re dressing fem especially then it just makes sense. That being said, I couldn’t let myself do it until I got bottom surgery for the same reason. So you’re not alone in feeling bad about it.
