      Do I need an actual coach or can I just keep spamming the tutorials till see results.

        you’re probably fine with good tutorials, honestly. I mean a coach helps but you don’t really need one. Test will do plenty work and basic training exercising and conditioning will smooth out the kinks until you sound like the average (or above average) moid.
