        maybe u can make a band or go to a jam or something? i dont rlly know for anime i guess theres like conventions and stuff but those r probably expensive

    Long distance friends are not that bad either, my best friend is not in the same city and we see eachother like once a month (not in the same city is like different state for USA)

    But yeah its really hard finding people, maybe tranistan should have some sort of friend distribution system in the future

        honestly not much more than what you already listed, though you could meet people who arent perfect for you and then find new people through them.

        this unfortunately requires social skills though so its a bit of a catch 22. Other option is bigger online spaces that you can be in where you then spot someone thats kinda nearby.
