Saw someone call it that today and it genuinely irked me the wrong way so bad. I don’t want to get SRS because I want to “affirm my gender” I want to get SRS because I’m transitioning to a woman and it’s one of the most important steps in changing your sex.

        Does not at all surprise me that the NHS does that I’m so glad I got out of the UK
