she called it a “noteworthy mood swing,” and she later wrote in a parenthetical, “possibly less need for sleep?” for some reason, she also noted the absence of both thoughts of grandiosity and signs of psychotic symptoms…?

did she just lowkey call me hypomanic? 😭

am i, tho? i feel pretty normal, tbh… and, yea, i think picrel is very accurate: often, it feels like my brain is being controlled by a bunch of rats that just chew on random wires until something happens 😭

i guess… idk, tho, i feel much more clearheaded than during previous upswings. like, how do i know if i’m hypo and not just in a normally good mood after my depression having gone into remission?

yea… i assume it’ll probably be the major topic of the first appointment with my new psychologist, especially now that my GP sent a letter about it 😭 this time, it feels more like the upswing right after i tried to OD in september, and that time, i was in a great mood for over a month straight… soooooo, hopefully… 🙏
