i’m so fucking scared. i mean i’m doing this so i can hopefully start the pathway to getting srs but still. i’m scared to mention i’m doing diy if i have to.

    yea, i feel you…the first time i ever mentioned it to anyone was when i had to ask my GP for a referral for GD… it was scary as fuck, but it gets a lot easier after the first time, tbh 🙏

      thing is i’m not talking to my GP i’m talking to a mental health guy so idk what to expect, i’m scared it won’t go well :(
