It’s normal for an abused child to be afraid of their parents, tbh. It’s one of the self-defense mechanisms. Being harmless to avoid being harmed. You will feel better, if you would go through the moving out plan. Not having parents over your head is a great relief, and yours are particularly helicoptery. You can’t really heal this trauma, when you are getting actively abused.
