Do I just like put the pill in and wash my hands and leave it overnight? That’s what I’ve been doing since 2 nights ago but I’m not sure how I’m supposed to be able to tell if I’m actually absorbing anything or if the pill is just sitting in there. Do I need to like poke a hole in it first or something? Am I retarded?
There’s some debate about this in the community! Technically, there’s no mechanism to dissolve the capsule if you just leave it there. Your best bet is to poke a hole in it with a thumbtack before boofing.
Personally, I don’t think this is enough either. I typically poke a hole, put it up there with my finger, and then squish the prog out. That way nothing is left up to chance.
