Do I just like put the pill in and wash my hands and leave it overnight? That’s what I’ve been doing since 2 nights ago but I’m not sure how I’m supposed to be able to tell if I’m actually absorbing anything or if the pill is just sitting in there. Do I need to like poke a hole in it first or something? Am I retarded?
I feel prog effects pretty fast tbh, like I get faster heartbeat and kinda feel relaxed, but yeah u just put it in, just make sure u go Deep enough because I heard some people fucked up that part lol
