recession indicator for my mental health. Also having my mum check my arms for cuts at the big age of 21 is kinda insane it might be over for me

    very not good sign if your mental health has declined to the point of this. please, dont block her out entirely if you feel like you can. i get that things are complicated but idk. im sorry :(

      I mean i let her check my arms, I have to block her out to a degree tho bc she will get me sectioned
