so i self harmed like yesterday or maybe the day before and i kind of went a little wider than i wanted to on a cut. its 2mm wide ish but really shallow only 1mm deep and its still kind of bleeding. not profusely i mean but theres always fresh blood and it bleeds out into my bandages.
is this a ‘change the bandage once a day and wait’ situation or do i need to clean it out daily with rubbing alcohol or apply pressure or what?
i probably would just apply pressure
o7. im not sure i have the medical tape to do that for any length of time but i can check maybe in a bit ^^
pressure and bandage. keep the wound clean but dont apply alcohol directly to it. it will kill everything, not just the bacteria. if you can get some gauze rather than just a bandaid too.
