i say some concerning things by accident sometimes and my familys definitely worried. ive stopped talking or leaving my room or eating dinner with them so they know somethings up. how do i stop giving people things to worry abt??

    if its an option, go out there and do pr for yourself as often as u can. esp if u avoid them or dont respond often, u want to spend as many times possible as u can acting normal around them to add to the collection of interactions and bring the average quality of interaction up if that makes sense idont know the accurate math words for it
