it goes away after a bit once i get out. idk if im giving myself heat stroke or something or if the adderall has something to do with it. increasing heart rate and all that.

            hm it’s probs like your blood pressure temporarily dropping then , which should be fine unless you find yourself fainting and falling or vomiting multiple times . do be careful please :) !!
