    Neck thickness reduces yes, its not cartilage though thats adams apple and stuff

    Yes. My favorite shirt’s collar used to fit my neck just right and completely cover my Adam’s apple. Now it’s a bit loose, around one finger segment. It’s nice to confirm that HRT indeed works but it will be annoying to find another shirt that fit just as well.

      Eheh why not sew it. It’s super easy actually

      Step 1: pull thread into a needle. When you have enough (or you think you do), move the needle to the middle of the thread segment and cut it. On the other side, tie a simple knot- idk the name but I like to cross the two into an X, pull one through the bottom portion, and repeat that to make a good knot. Step 2: sew the shoulder pieces closer together. Bunch it like one is making a skirt. Step 3: fin. When you’ve had enough, cut the needle off the thread and tie another knot to finish it

    The musclature might decrease by a bit since t is supressed, but it’s still something that can take a few years…

        I haven’t measured, but ymmv since it depends on how well your t levels are supressed and how much you have to engage those muscles. it’s sadly not smth that happens overnight though… :((
