literally I will never pass because of though 6.8cm from the center of my pupils down to where the top of my upper lip is. i could fit all 4 of my fingers in than space. my body is solidly feminine but nooooo my face is FUCKED up because of my midface. and nothing can fix it. awesome. fuck my stupid tranny life.

Orbital box osteotomy to 1:1 your midface ratio and you’re good to go
If it makes you feel any better I’m a dood and have similar midface and I look like a woman
