I’m not saying it never helps anyone but its thrown around as an answer or solution to literally anything, everything you could possibly say is met with “talk to a heckin therapist!!!” It’s very annoying. At this rate its practically just the secular version of telling someone to find god or go to church.


kek it really is like telling someone to find god. i find that therapy helps most with more practical issues, like skills that you can learn to manage anxiety/self image issues/ocd etc. a lot of shit you can really only help yourself with (if meds dont help it)
