i keep forgetting what day i did my injection on, and then also just going a couple days late of what i think is the day i did it. nothing long to enough to like, detransition myself or anything. itd take a while for T to come back up, but idk. i just dont think about it much anymore and it slips my mind
open the calendar app and set a notification which will repeat itself every few days (time between your injections)
