Maybe not the right community but its best suited for here.

I’ve been on disability for a while now, it’s very restricting and a lot of the numbers on income/saving restriction legit have not been updated for inflation since the 70s/80s. (Going by the US system here, though im sure it can be applied in other/different ways elsewhere) No one ever talks about it either its completely absent from all conversations and the political sphere entirely. I’m not expecting politicians to stick out their necks or say anything but like I said like literally no one gives a shit, its just silence.
