Tbh… i dont need ffs… id get it if offered but I pass okay enough without it… srs is free here but not any other surgery is free and none are covered by insurance… if I got to have any of the premium ones… vfs for certain… then I could talk aloud again… id be so happy if I could talk and make freinds
