Prob throat restructuring or mandible shave for me. I have rib flare but tbhon cissoids do also, and nose is also a common cissoid thing so idc that mine is really clocky (only in this question. I dislike it otherwise)

Ye it does . 5cm/2 inches can be taken off reliably. There are two main sites also, so possible 4 inch reduction?
