If it’s a psychedelic, again odd to call it a medicine, but you’ll be fine, I promise, you’ve just gotta wait it out.

If it’s a stimulant of some sort, it could be worth going to the ER. Check you didn’t accidentally take twice your dose. If you didn’t, and you’re doing some form of titration, then you’ll probably be fine, but trust I understand that heart palpatations are fucking scary.
