Because the truth is the only way to be a true misandrist is to be bioessentialist. Otherwise it doesn’t make sense and it turns your belief into a joke. Like first of all, if you’re not transphobic, how would you tell the difference between a boymoder and a man? Would you be misandrist to the boymoder because you think of them as a man? And somehow would this suddenly change upon just knowing they’re a boymoder? It just doesn’t make sense to me. Not to mention it mirrors misogyny. Not saying misandry is nearly as bad or is systemic like misogyny, but it’s still conservative in the way that misogyny is. Like if you’re gonna be a misandrist at least be a true misandrist and be bioessentialist abt it #god. Obviously being anti-man is percieved as more “leftist” than being anti-woman but because of that misogynists don’t have to worry about how conservative their beliefs are.
