it means every day you realize a day passed and you feel the need to be clean and not just sleep so yeah its insane i barely notice weeks etc
i don’t really notice the time and forget the day most of the time. it’s just automatic. like i don’t ever notice how much time has happened and i shower at random times. there are days i don’t shower but yeah most days i think i do.

yeah kinda. I still sweat a lot even when it’s cold so I try to shower at least once a week even when I don’t leave my house.

other people are Not The Point, being healthy and NOT stinky or crusty is the point . i will say nothing wrong with Not showering every day if youre at home for a couple days in a row, but one should aim for every other day or every two days at most… if you dont wash your skin and hair or brush your teeth enough its starts to stack later on.
