    Copy artists and observation sketches is the way to go. Live model (even from pictures) then.
    Just use a pencil or a pen at first, you dont need anything fancy. Learning perspective might help, but the main point is to draw what you see, not what you THINK you see.

    Once youre getting good introduce colours.

    These advices will work if you want to draw in a more academical style tho. But it will also help a lot if your goal is to draw in a semi-realistic/cartoonish style.

    Keep in mind you have to be humble and be curious. Always try to find new artists, see how they do things. It will help a lot.

      Also most youtubers suck at drawing, proko has some ok tutorials, but there is no better master than a good artist.
