Get electro instead ;-; everyone I know who ‘finished’ laser still has to get a few sessions every year or two to keep it gone.

Laser is technically not even allowed by the FDA to call itself permanent because of how often the hairs come back

Electrolysis would make far more sense in your use-case and you should get it. It’s far more permanent than laser, but you spend way more time on each individual hair, tho when hair is this sparse it stops mattering. Laser is primarily used to reduce the hair density to a point where electrolysis starts making sense, whereas electrolysis already makes sense for you from the sound of it.

18 sessions got it manageable enough that I could quit for a few years and stop burning money on appointments. And by manageable enough I mean I went from shaving twice a day to shaving once a day, and the hairs that do grow are still somewhat plentiful, and def not thin like peach fuzz, but are lighter in color and only become super noticeable to the naked eye after 48 hours, and mostly just on my chin (the laser skipped my red hairs, but did a good job removing the browns which were the majority).

Wish I had things to say about the at-home thing being legit. I plan to buy another one cuz the first one I bought was like a year or two ago and it completely stopped working after shooting my face with the laser twice, so I returned it. Not sure why I didn’t use refund money to get another one. Maybe I didn’t get a full refund? Idk. I’m looking to buy the newest model soonish tho cuz I definitely am in no position to even pay for touch-up appointments.
