Legit but much less organized than OGL/Hera. There are so many complaints online about payment issues. One redditor found a hair in her vial. Though I’ve found the website’s customer service email to be pretty reliable, at least for crypto stuff.

Not sure, but it felt like forever, but that’s also because the package was getting to Kazakhstan thought basically every country known to humankind
