it smells like the fruity like banana candy with a slight hint of the good stuff from sniffing nail polish, i think a couple more weeks then i can bake and im gonna finally make something fr this time my cake got cancelled so i got bummed out so i gotta make conchas fih im dizzy

Is it wild yeast or did you kickstart it with packet
wild i think cause i just left flour and water until it rose
If it smells like acetone then it probably has acetone in it. When making a sourdough from scratch you should put in something that’s known to have wild yeast on it in the first mixture, such as ginger rhizomes or pine needles or fruit skin if you picked the fruit yourself
