        Also while wearing it will help. Just wear clothes over it or style it into ur outfit if it fits ur style. Mine makes my underbust from 85cm to 77cm and my waist decreases also a couple cm its really noticeable. But i wear mine relatively tight its prolly not healthy to wear it as tight as i do
