stuck in an abusive relationship, no future prospects, will always hate my body, incurable mental illness etc
You have future prospects though because you can use your brain to type stuff, talk to people, or do manual labour. You can have a job and make money and live and save up money to get surgeries to make your body better and be happy in life
there isnt a surgery that exists which would fix my appearance, ill probably be a poor wageslave my entire life and im both too mentally ill and isolated from abuse to talk to people
