Not in the sense that we’re all inherently suicidal. On quite the contrary, the “suicidal” Lemmys in that video were pushed off the edge by the film crew to get a good shot… does that ring a fucking bell? For years, people were laughing at this video of Lemmys supposedly killing themselves, asking themselves and the world “AHAHAHHAA WHY ARE THEY DOING THAT TO THEMSELVES!!! LMAOOOOO”. In this sense I relate the experience of those Lemmings immensely. This is precisely what it’s like to be a suicidal tranny, especially one whose committed, whether you survived the attempt or not. This is what it’s like watching the media reaction and public reaction when a trans person “kills themselves”. We’re denied adequate Healthcare and a timely transition, denied belonging in the human community, routinely told to kill ourselves and have violence wielded against us (all of which are shoves off the cliff), and people legit fucking ROFL when we ultimately do tumble to our deaths (when we “kms”, despite broader context of the situation revealing there’s essentially a crew of cisoids off-screen orchestrating our mass demise).

All-in-all, the Lemming is actually a pretty good mascot for our kind. People till this day still live with the idea in their head that Lemmings just routinely commit mass-suicide cuz they’re just inconceivably quirky like that and soooo beyond our understanding 😒. Don’t mind the elaborate staging and orchestrating, the blatant intentionality behind it all…
