    men… :( I guess you can ask for compliments “do you like my outfit today?” but it feels more pathetic than if he just spontaneously tells you

        that’s just one of the downsides of dating men in my experience… female friends are nice for compliments on the small visual things but ofc it’d be nice to get it from the bf unprompted once in awhile 😔
