Ig it depends where you live, but since the majority of us are that height or taller (intershits bring the tranny average slightly up I think), and its more common than 1/100 women, its generally considered not to be an unluckshit to be 5’9.
5’9, 5’10, and 5’11 are kinda weird indeed tho. Cuz you’re probably not really a shortshit but you’re not a heighthon either. I’m somewhere in there too.
