Nothing teachers love more than cramming in massive assignments just before break. My school’s Spring break is next week, so every teacher has big assignments due either this week, or the week after Spring break. Objectively speaking, I honestly don’t think I have much work, I just can’t bring myself to do it because I’m tired and burnt the hell out

Doesn’t help that I’m an idiot who decided to take our creative writing class to fulfill a gen ed, even though my advisor warned me against it by saying that students tell her it’s basically two courses worth of work. They’re lying. It’s actually three courses worth of work. All this for a gen ed that isn’t even remotely related to my majors

Sortfagging procrastination, save me… God, I’d be even sortfaggier if I didn’t have a million little assignments breathing down my neck

Nah, way too late for that now. Plus, it’s a gen ed for making something creative, and to be honest I wouldn’t be super happy with any of our options that fulfill that requirement. I considered drawing as an alternative, but I didn’t know how rigorous that course was, and I worried that taking a course on drawing would burn me out and kinda kill my interest in it. I like creative writing, but it’s a little more “sacrificial” to me so to speak, I was more willing to risk the interest-killing there
