it is so fucking dumb like i have literally a list with what i see the meds do, and why i want to change them in a certain way but like i hear so many people beeing on the maximum dose and i am so scared to ask to go from 30 to 40 mg and ask to try dexaphetamin and fast release methylphenidate because i have some issues with slow release…

also that fucks with me because i want to ask about anxiety medikation which scares me even more and now i feel that many issues are caused by the way my adhd is treated and idk if i then need them anymore but like what if he says no, i am currently often just in survival mode anymore and need to find a way out of this
